Land Grants
I have not found a Land Grant Deed for the following entry for 100 acres on the "Waters of Maiden Creek", File #2073, "18th day Dec. 1800"; however, this land grant was mentioned on Deed Book 26, Page 363. Elias sold this property to John Fulenwider on January 19, 1814.
I have not found a Land Grant Deed for the following entry for 200 acres "On waters of Maiden Creek" to Adam Killion and Elias Platts (Plott), File #2265; however, this land grant was mentioned on Deed Book 26, Page 363, "8th day December, 1802". Elias sold this property to John Fulenwider on January 19, 1814.

The witness was John Campbell, who was the brother-in-law of Elias Plott. John Campbell was the husband of Mary Plott, who was Elias' eldest sister.
Elias sold this property to John Fulenwider on January 19, 1814.
"Made the 4th day of June In the year of our Lord One Thousand and Eight Hundred and Six" June 4, 1806
"in consideration of the Sum of Twelve Dolars and Fifty Cents" $12.50

The witness was Daniel Conrad, who might have been Elias' brother-in-law. Elias' wife was Charity Margaret Conrad.

"in consideration of the sum of six hundred Dollars" $600.00
"on the waters of the Catawba river", "containing by Estimation 200 acres"

With this deed Elias sold both properties he received by land grants and the property he bought from Andre Crysel.
"This Indenture made the 19th day of January in the year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and fourteen" January 19, 1814
"of the sum of Two Hundred Dollars" $200.00
"water of Maiden Creek", "Containing 100 acres being a tract of land granted to the said Elias Plott by Patent Dated December 18th, 1800"
With this deed Elias sold both properties he received by land grants and the property he bought from Andre Crysel.
